BUSINESS UNIT: DIGITAL MARKETING STAFF
With a vision and strategic business orientation focused on expanding the market to serve all countries in the Southeast Asian region, HCE GROUP is recruiting Digital Marketing Staff.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Control digital marketing activities.
- Develop strategies, marketing strategies for products, communication campaign, and promotions follow the company’s direction.
- Implement and monitor the advertising of the company’s products and services on online channels: Google, Facebook, Zalo.
- Develope, co-ordinate, and collaborate with Content Marketing to develop Online Marketing channels to ensure the set results are achieved.
- Implement promotional campaigns and brand building through Digital Marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Online Advertising, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Social Media, SMS Marketing, Affiliate Marketing…), including conducting experiments and evaluating results.
- Understand the technical rules of each digital channel to optimize content, images, and advertising quality. Develop new advertising channels on digital platforms. Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure work progress and achieve set results. Carry out tasks as required by the department head.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in online marketing and social media (Facebook Ads/ Google Ads/ Email marketing/ Social Media…).
- Proficient in office software.
- Possess planning skill, effectiveness/performance measure skill, strategic negotiation skill, budgeting skill.
- At least 1 year of experience in the marketing field (preferable with experience in international logistics and transportation).
